At Valley Design, we offer a comprehensive range of Services and Capabilities, managing every aspect of production in-house—from our expert engineering and manufacturing to powder coat finishing and assembly. This approach allows us to ensure high quality and timely delivery for our partners.

Staff

We pride ourselves on superior customer service and excellence in engineering assistance when it comes to providing American-made, direct-to-manufacturer base components. We recognize that it would not be possible to produce high-caliber products and services without the help of our talented Valley Design team members.

Community Involvement

As a proud member of the rural Fillmore County community, we understand the profound impact that community involvement has on fostering connection, as well as enhancing the pride and engagement of our employees.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our designed, fabricated, and packaged products support local schools and businesses. Our commitment to giving back is reflected in our regular donations, helping those who also call Southeast Minnesota home. Our team also actively participates in the Adopt a Highway Program, coming together twice a year to keep our highways clean. This initiative not only benefits our natural environment but also fosters a sense of teamwork and responsibility among our staff.

Starting in 2008, Valley Design employees began organizing what has become an annual fund raising event - The Valley Design Sharing Tree.  The goal of the sharing tree is to assist the Fillmore County food shelf and local families in need by providing food, gifts, clothing and monetary donations. In addition to the Fillmore County Food Shelf, employee donations also support programs like Coats for Kids and Christmas in Fillmore County.  

Since its start, the Valley Design Sharing Tree has raised nearly $150,000, donated 60,000+ pounds of food, and provided gifts to over 140 children.

Our employees also actively participate in our Be the Change Program, where staff members can choose to donate their spare change throughout the year. During the holiday seasons, raised money is then matched 2-to-1, donating the total funds to the Sharing Tree fundraiser drive.

Each year, we’re reminded of how fortunate we are to work alongside such a generous and caring crew. Their incredible generosity and commitment to our community is unbelievable.

We recognize that our success is intertwined with the wellbeing of our community, and we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors. Together, we strive to build a stronger, more vibrant community for all.
