Rachel Glende has been with Valley Design for over 9 years. She has a strong customer service background with over 30 years of experience. Rachel is dedicated to providing all our customers with the finest service in the industry. Her customer service background includes many years in Food Service Management, along with working in the insurance field before joining Valley Design.
Rachel spends her free time hiking, fishing, gardening and spending time with her family (including the furry 4 legged family members!). She also volunteers with Fillmore County Relay for Life, dedicated to supporting cancer survivors. Her favorite Valley Design product is our adjustable height base options; for their ease of use and ability to be the perfect fit in so many applications.

Megan Severson has been with Valley Design for almost 5 years. She gained her product knowledge by working in our Assembly department as a summer student before moving to the Customer Service Department. Megan’s hands-on experience contributes to her vast product knowledge and ability to quickly answer customer questions.
Megan enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, golfing, camping, and going to concerts. Her favorite Valley Design products are those that include the GenuFlip option, allowing customers to increase the flexibility and space saving benefits offered with our product line.
