Welding at Valley Design: Precision, Productivity, and a Human Touch

Robotic Tig Welder

At Valley Design, welding is more than a step in the manufacturing process, it’s part of what defines the quality of our products. In our fabrication department, you’ll find a blend of skilled technicians and advanced technology working together to create consistent, high-quality table bases.

Our Robotic Welding Lineup

Robotic Mig Welder

We currently operate four robotic welders: three MIG welders and one TIG welder. Each one plays a specific role in our production, handling high-volume products and repetitive welds with accuracy and speed.

These machines work on components like disc base weights, endcaps, and square or round column tubing – jobs that benefit from repeatable precision.

The People Behind the Precision

Incorporating robotic welding has brought measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and efficiency. But technology alone doesn’t tell the whole story.

By automating certain repetitive tasks, our robotic welders allow our skilled team of welding technicians to work on producing high-quality bases that showcase the strength and superior welds of each Valley Design table base.
