The Genu-Fold
The first major advancement was the launch of our patented Genu-Fold™ folding mechanism in 1986. Engineered for seamless compatibility with our table bases, this robust, user-friendly mechanism lets you fold down tables effortlessly and store them with ease.
Initially introduced with a single-column end base, it soon expanded to include a double-column end base option. Versatile enough to pair with a variety of base styles, the Genu-Fold™ provided reliable support for table tops up to 60” in diameter or 72” long, offering both structural integrity and space-saving convenience.
The Short Fold Mechanism
Following the success of our original folding mechanism, we developed the Short Fold Mechanism to serve smaller tables. Featuring a ¼” thick steel offset plate, the Short Fold allows smaller tables between 38” and 57” long to fold down with minimal space requirements—providing compact storage solutions.
The Table Cart
Once we had folding perfected, our next challenge was mobility. How could we make it easier to store and transport folding tables efficiently? The answer was our Table Cart—a durable, practical solution to meet the needs of dynamic environments.
The Table Cart comes in two standard models:
- 60R: For round folding tables up to 60” diameter
- 72L4: For rectangular tables up to 72” long
Each Table Cart is made from heavy-duty 11-gauge and 14-gauge steel tubing and features a bent-frame structure for unmatched durability. Our team designed the carts to carry 4 to 6 tables and support up to 500 pounds, and outfitted them with 5” industrial-grade casters for smooth mobility. They ship knock-down for easier handling and fast assembly—making them a critical part of any table storage solution.
