Nester Series

Dual Leg

Note: Valley Design must supply the router pattern to ensure proper installation of the Nester Series.

Dual Leg Specifications:

Compatible Base Options: Alloy Series, Tubular Series, Laser Cut Series and Fountain Series
Mounting Plates: 5” X 5” X 1/4”
Nester Extrusion: 5 1/2” wide by full length of extrusion. Extrusion length based on top size.
Top Size: Available for tops with a width of 18", 24", 30" or 36". Minimum top thickness of 1 1/8".
Assemblies: One or two latch assemblies used to latch table in setup position. Latches require recessed pocket in table top. Contact Valley Design for router pattern.
PN Table Nester

Single Latch
Double Latch (required for 72" - 84" long and all 36" wide tables)

Recessed latches attach to table top. Minimum top thickness of 1 1/8”. Available for tops with a width of :18”,24”, 30” or 36”. Available for tops with a length of 48”, 60”, or 72”. Powder coat black finish only on extrusion hardware.

Double Column Nester:

Compatible Base Options: Tubular Series; 101, 202, 221, 901 & 304 Series. Columns on double column bases are spaced 6" on center.
Main Bars: 1 ½” Thick 14 Gauge Steel
Mounting Plates: 5”x11” ¼”
Nester Extrusion: Two 5 1/2” wide aluminum extrusions support top and bases. Extrusion length based on top size.
Top Size: Available for a 60" Diameter, 48" x 60" and 48" x 72". Minimum top thickness of 1 1/8".
Assemblies: Two latch assemblies used to latch table in setup positions. Lever arm used to support top in flipped position. Latches and lever arm require recessed pocket in table top. Contact Valley Design for router pattern.
Locking Caster: 3”
Standard Height: 27 ¾”
Shipped: Knocked Down or Partially Assembled
