Powder Line Number one has a maximum weight per hook* of 75#. A maximum length to make the corner in the oven of 96". Long items require a specialized fixture to keep the part from twisting. The strength of this line is versatility. We change colors often and all powder is sprayed to waste. The wash system is a 5-stage iron phosphate pre-treat.

Power Line Number two has a maximum weight per hook* of 150#. The maximum length is 144". This line generally sprays Black 60-degree gloss TGIC polyester and the powder is reclaimed for very high efficiency. The strength of this line is efficiency and quick turns. This line also offers a second spray to waste booth for other powder applications. The wash system is a 7-stage iron phosphate pre-treat.

Line Number three has the Autophoretic 915 autodepostion line. The maximum weight per lift is 1250#. However, we typically try to stay under 1000#. The line offers 3 computerized hoists and is programmable to accommodate different dwell times. As a chemical deposition, parts can be racked as densely as desired, as anything that "wets" in the immersion process will coat.

Powder Line Number four has a natural gas ThermCat IR oven. This line is mainly used for Valley's proprietary parts. The oven requires "line of sight" to cure properly, so the part profile needs to meet specific parameters. Since the oven has no corner, longer stock could be processed on this line. The line does not have a wash system, so we use existing wash capacity from other sources.

Batch has an oven that is 12'6" deep, 6'0" wide and 6'0" high. Large assemblies and short run components are generally completed in batch.
